The recommended specifications for this game, to get the best possible performance and quality balance are these: You seem to forget how old most of these parts are.especially the 1050ti is a budget GPU I have almost the same specs (apart from the 4790k - im running an older 2600) and even 19 didnt run perfect on this. Only the 1050ti thats outdated, it was a good card back then but dont forget that the 1050 was still a budget card as it was the cheapest option in nvidia line. The cpu is not that important for games but gpus improved a lot, a 4790 on stock is powerful enough even these days and 16gb ram is still enough as well. I kept the rest of the pc but managed to buy a slightly used 2070 right before prices skyrocketed and i play games in 2k now with decent 80-90 fps on high settings. I can only recommend you to get a new card if you have the option. I had a card like yours just the ati radeon version (380x) which had the same power and i had to change it last year, it fought well for many many years but lets face it, its an old card and companies are lazy these days when it comes to optimizing. I find it crazy to switch to FS22 and have to play low to get fps.īasically the FS is not big games like call of duty etc, for the moment I am disappointed with my experience while I love the license You have almost the same pc as mine except the card. The game doesn't look better than FS19, and it doesn't look like screenshots on the store at all, but at least it's playable now.Īnyway, I'm still on the fence about getting a refund or not, I don't think this game is worth full price.Originally posted by HugoAndCars:I know I don't have the most powerful pc (I7-4790k, 1050ti gaming x and 16gb the game is on a ssd, you have all my specs on my profile if you want) my pc is fully up to date there is no worries about that! Playing with very high graphic settings, but I had to turn off multisampling anti-aliasing and leave TAA on. Now I have a pretty much steady 60 fps, once in a while it can dip to 55 fps, but no big deal there. I followed both of these advises, and it seems to have fixed my stuttering issues. Vertical synchronization: Enabled (Do not enable it in the game, but enable it in the nvidia settings)" Texture filtering quality: High performance. Power management mode: Maximum performance. OpenGL rendering GPU: Your graphics card. Now go to “Advanced 3D Settings” and copy the following values. Now select “3D Image Settings” from the “Adjust Image and Preview Settings” menu. You're right you don't need high fps in a sim game but it sure as hell runs a lot smoother if you have a 144hz + display. You can disable fps with a steam launcher command anyways. I haven't had a single crash in the 3 hours I've spent trying to get the game to run right. You think so? Every time i move to look at something it lags and freezes for a split second to the point where it's completely pointless playing. It's a farming sim anyway, not a FPS/etc game, so saying 40-60fps is unplayable is a bit of an overstatment and what I would consider the definition of a "First world problem" They'll add a FPS slider at some point just like the last FS games did. Probably something that shouldn't be recommended anymore. I tried this fix, and altering the XML to turn on developer mode causes crashes. YOu can also run a command in the launch file to -disablefps or something like that google it. Go into ur game.xml, changed developer to true and press f3 in game, will uncap your fps fully.
